Clean Air Transportes Aéreos

Brasília será sede de uma nova companhia aérea nacional, ainda “em gestação”. Trata-se da Clean Air Transportes Aéreos. Segundo um diretor da empresa, ouvido pela reportagem do Portal PANROTAS, os trâmites junto à Anac “estão em andamento”. Segundo o executivo, “a Clean Air vai mudar paradigmas” no mercado nacional.

A Clean Air vai operar, de acordo com o diretor, com aviões russos – Tupolev 204 e Ilyushin 96 – e checos – Let 410. Segundo o site Comex-DF, “a empresa deverá ligar inicialmente Brasília às cidades de Porto Alegre, Manaus e Natal, além de operar em rotas regionais entre o Distrito Federal e cidades de médio porte”. 1. Provision of 20 Crew Members

Requirements

Captains of A319/A320/A321

  • 1. Following certificates, qualifications and experience:
  1. Be a citizen of a country with diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China;
  2. Hold a current and valid Airline Transport Pilots License and First Class Medical Certificate issued by the civil aviation authority concerned of the ICAO member state in accordance with the requirements specified in the relevant Appendix of the ICAO "International Civil Aviation Treaty". The Airline Transport Pilots License shall not contain any notes not in line with standard of ICAO;
  3. Be a citizen of ICAO member state;
  4. Each Captain should have flown a minimum of 4,000 flight hours in total in all aircraft types to date with a minimum of 500 PIC hours on type;
  5. The ability to carry out aviation and daily communications in fluent English and to hold or have the ability to hold the ICAO English Level 4 Certification;
  6. The type-rating (type 1) landing standard and have ability to land the aircraft to a minimum of ICAO Category I level, that is RVR(including CAT I);
  7. No record of flight accident;
  8. No criminal record, which shall be issued by the pilot's nationality country, area or the pilot's resident country, area (the resident certificate is required), and the record must be legally notarized by the same country, area. The no criminal record and the notary shall be issued on the date which is in the range of 6 months before the investigation date;
  9. Hold a security evaluation letter issued by his original airline company employer for the purpose to confirm that he is qualified to be an airline transportation pilot;
  10. Have flown within six (6) months from date of application and for the purpose of keeping the validity of the license, the last "Proficiency Test" for pilots is still within the term of validity.
  • 2. Flight Time Limitation and Vacation
    • 2.1 Flight Time:
      • 1. Each Crew Member during the service provided for Party A shall fly 80 block hours, but shall not fly beyond monthly, quarterly and annual flight hour limitation strictly specified by CAAC.
      • 2. Deadhead time shall not be credited as monthly block hour.
    • 2.2 Vacation:
      • 1. Duty Free Days (excluding day off after the assignment):the Crew Member shall be entitled to have 8 days free of duty per calendar month.
      • 2. Annual Leave (excluding day off after the assignment):Each Crew Member shall be entitled to have four weeks per year paid annual leave accrue during the term of providing service to Party A and such annual leave be available from the seventh month after the Contract has come into force. The rostering of annual leave shall be arranged by Party A subject to the business requirement. Accrued outstanding Annual leave shall be rostered.
      • 3. Leave of Absence for Illness:In any 12 month period during the assignment, each Crew Member shall be entitled to have paid leave for illness to a maximum of 12 days. However, leave of absence for illness taken by each Crew Member shall be no more than two days per month. And, duty free days and annual leave will be deducted accordingly in case that the days taken as paid leave for illness is beyond the quota above. The Crew Member shall provide a medical certificate or emergency treatment certificate issued by a hospital. If the Crew Member is not in the base residence, the Crew Member shall provide a medical certificate or emergency treatment certificate issued by a registered doctor or hospital. Those who cannot provide the above certificate shall be dealt with as people absent from work without good reason.

Education allowance (for each dependent child, up to 4 children who have not attained the age of 19 yrs). Reimbursement would be as follows:

  • Reimbursement Limits up to class/grade (6 to 9): 75% of actual school education expenses, subject to maximum of RO. 2500 (US$ 6,477)/ - per annum.
  • Reimbursement Limits up to class/grade (10 to 13): 75% of actual school education expenses, subject to maximum of RO. 3200 (US$ 8,290)/ - per annum.

Loan Amount: A loan amount of RO. 2000 (US$5,181)/ - (maximum) granted on initial joining. The loan will be recovered in 6 months. In case of termination or the staff chooses to leave the company before the expiry of the loan period then the balance amount will be adjusted against the final settlement. The request for the loan amount will need to be made within the first 3 months of joining the company.

Medical: Medical treatment will be provided for the pilot and his family whilst in Muscat (spouse and 4 children up to the age of 19)

Annual leave: The pilot and his family (spouse and 4 children up to age 19) will be entitled to annual leave tickets (excluding travel taxes) after the pilot completed 1 year of service. The pilot is entitled to annual leave pay equivalent to 1 month basic salary and 36 calendar days leave per year (not including public holidays).

The Pilot is entitled to an Income tax-free salary in Oman.
